I’m Jamal Najem — a Canadian-Lebanese professional, mother, and lifelong learner who’s been fortunate to live and lead across many countries and cultures. With over 30 years in the telecom, fintech, and tech services industries, I’ve had the privilege of leading large-scale transformations, building global teams, and partnering with world-class organizations to drive meaningful change.

As a mother to two incredible kids, I strive to lead by example, balancing ambition with empathy, and performance with purpose. I care deeply about animals, I love to travel, and I believe that the most powerful transformations, whether personal or professional, start from within.

But my story isn’t just about business. I’m also a certified life, art, and neuroscience coach, passionate about human potential, creativity, and emotional intelligence. My happy place? Somewhere quiet, with a canvas to paint on and a good book by my side.

Through every role I’ve held, from executive leadership to entrepreneurship, I’ve stayed grounded in one simple truth: lead with heart, act with clarity, and never stop growing.
